Fascia Therapy
Fascia therapy focuses on the connective tissue fascia network, which runs through the entire body as a three-dimensional network and surrounds and connects all structures — from muscles and organs to nerves and blood vessels.
These collagen structures play a crucial role in mobility, power transfer, proprioception and even pain perception. Stress, injuries or lack of exercise can cause adhesions and hardening in the fascial tissue, which lead to movement restrictions, pain and impaired body perception.
In fascia therapy, these restrictions are solved using special manual techniques with variable pressure and targeted pull impulses. Assistive devices such as fascia rollers, special treatment tools or cupping glasses are often used. The therapy improves tissue hydration, elasticity and structural integrity of the fascial network, resulting in optimized movement quality and pain reduction.
Areas of application:
- Chronic pain and tension
- Movement restrictions
- Rehabilitation after injuries
- Optimizing athletic performance
