1. Scope‍

These general terms and conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Kineo AG, (hereinafter referred to as “Practice”) and their patients. They apply to all physiotherapy services and other services offered at all locations.

‍2. Range of services

‍The practice offers physiotherapy treatments on prescription as well as preventive measures such as individual and group training, running analyses, lactate level tests and massages for self-payers.

3. Appointment and cancellation

3.1. Agreed appointments are binding.
‍3.2. If an appointment cannot be made, it must be cancelled or postponed at least 24 hours in advance. If there is no timely cancellation, the appointment will be billed privately, regardless of the reason for the cancellation.

4. Payment terms‍

4.1. Physiotherapy services prescribed by a doctor are usually billed directly with health insurance or accident insurance. The patient is responsible for settling the franchise and deductible.
‍4.2. Services that are not covered by insurance must be paid in full by the patient.
4.3. Invoices must be paid within 30 days of receipt. If payment is delayed, reminder fees apply.

‍5. Liability
5.1. The practice is liable for damage caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
5.2. No liability is assumed for the patient's personal belongings.

‍6. Data protection
Personal data is kept confidential in accordance with applicable data protection regulations and is only used for treatment and billing. Further information can be found in the practice's privacy policy. #

‍7. Amendments to the terms and conditions
The practice reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version is available on the practice's website.

8. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Swiss law is exclusively applicable.
The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
